About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Account Manager** to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in our assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve net revenue and profit objectives for assigned territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to targeted accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyzing client needs and presenting tailored solutions to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and leverage resources to service accounts.
  • Develop and manage business opportunity contractual agreements, driving favorable core therapy admits growth.
  • Participate in sales conference calls and branch meetings, staying informed and aligned with company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including serving as Process Owner and completing mandatory training programs.
Requirements
  • Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in Marketing/Business Administration.
  • Three to five years of measured success in sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in client acquisition and retention, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
