- Provide exceptional customer service and support to targeted accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, analyzing client needs and presenting tailored solutions to drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts and leverage resources to service accounts.
- Develop and manage business opportunity contractual agreements, driving favorable core therapy admits growth.
- Participate in sales conference calls and branch meetings, staying informed and aligned with company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including serving as Process Owner and completing mandatory training programs.
- Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Three to five years of measured success in sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
- Experience in client acquisition and retention, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
