Job Description

Telestream, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in your assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage a complex sales process from initial customer contact through product delivery and post-sales support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as required.
