Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients and delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinating appointment schedules and managing the calendar
- Responding to phone inquiries and addressing patient needs
- Processing incoming correspondence and directing it to the relevant departments
- Supporting various administrative tasks as required
- Reporting directly to the Office Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This position is well-suited for individuals who:
- Possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations (preferred)
- Are available for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are detail-oriented and highly organized
- Have prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting (preferred)
