Job Summary

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of culinary professionals to deliver high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and quality food
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability
  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Strong knowledge of culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
