We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at HHS. As a Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in the success of our culinary program, working closely with our Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, manage inventory, and lead a team of culinary professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and production planning to ensure budget compliance and minimize waste
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service and quality
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu concepts and programs

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef in fine dining establishments, hotels, resorts, and/or country clubs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fully competent with Microsoft Office, ordering platforms, and email communications
