Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team at Minuteman Security and Life Safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase sales revenue
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Experience in the security/alarm industry a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
