Job Description:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas and minutes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
