About the Role

We are seeking an Office Services and Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Millennium Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and general office services in our San Francisco and Oakland locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

About You:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment
  • You possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • You are able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and/or reliable transportation
  • You are proficient in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
