We are seeking a Sponsorship & Activation Coordinator to enhance our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous, organized professional with outstanding communication and administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team with administrative and account management tasks
  • Serve as the primary liaison for sponsor inquiries and communications
  • Collaborate with internal departments to oversee and fulfill deliverables
  • Create sales presentations and written documentation
  • Organize sales team meetings and develop agendas
  • Conduct research on potential sponsors and prepare for discussions
  • Manage sales documentation, contracts, invoicing, and reporting
  • Maintain an organized client database
  • Assist in the execution of partner activations
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relations, or project coordination
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or Marketing
  • Strong proficiency in business writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Experience in corporate settings
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Excel
  • Adept at creating pitch presentations and sponsorship proposals
  • Passionate about Black culture and the entertainment industry
