About the Role

As a Client Team Support Associate at Andersen, you will play a critical role in supporting the client engagement team. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support for the full lifecycle of client engagements, prioritizing various projects, and working on a variety of assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the client engagement team, including submitting forms, generating reports, and tracking files.
  • Client Communication: Assist with meeting coordination, planning, and preparation, including presentations for team members.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and distribute reports, as needed, for the client engagement team(s), and create and track business development reports and activities for MDs.
  • General Support: Provide general administrative support, as needed, to ensure the smooth operation of the client engagement team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Demeanor: A professional demeanor and ability to interact with and gain the respect of all team members.
