Position Title:
Corporate and Community Relations Coordinator

Position Overview

The Corporate and Community Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing communication and collaboration with volunteer groups, fostering relationships with supporters, and promoting opportunities for volunteer engagement.

This role will also require collaboration with various internal departments, monitoring interactions and metrics, and devising strategies to engage corporate partners effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee communication and coordination with volunteer groups
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate and community stakeholders
  • Organize volunteer activities and events
  • Deliver presentations and conduct tours for supporters
  • Monitor interactions and metrics related to corporate and community partnerships
  • Collaborate with the Development team to identify potential donor prospects
  • Assist in researching potential partnerships and soliciting donations
Qualifications

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Commitment to racial equity and social justice
  • Previous experience in project coordination and relationship management is advantageous
Work Environment
This position will be situated in a professional office setting, with occasional travel required for presentations.

Employment Type
This is a full-time, non-exempt role, offering a comprehensive benefits package. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility for evening and weekend engagements.
