About the Role

Fagen, Friedman & Fulfrost LLP, a leading education law firm, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for and oversight of the firm's conferences, sponsorships, and events, working closely with the Marketing and Business Development team and attorneys across the firm.
  • Oversee and lead all aspects of sponsorships and conference participation, including tracking, logistics, and on-site support, as well as creating invitations, web content, and promotional materials as needed.
  • Assist with additional marketing and business development tasks, such as content creation, production of internal newsletters, preparation and production of proposals, coordination of e-communications and marketing collateral, research, and other support to the firm's business development efforts.
  • Organize and facilitate events, including on-site support for sponsorships, conferences, webinars, and firm-hosted events and dinners, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, venues, and industry associations, working as part of a team with other Marketing & Business Development professionals in all F3 Law offices.

  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands with night and weekend availability.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of events or marketing experience, preferably in a professional services firm.
  • Experience with the education sector is a plus.
