Position Overview:

The Executive Support Professional is responsible for delivering high-level clerical and administrative assistance. This role involves continuous management of calendars for senior executives, the creation and upkeep of administrative documents, and the generation and dissemination of general communications. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support for meetings and executing various tasks essential for the smooth operation of the office.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in executive support or office administration within the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Proven ability to develop or coordinate outreach materials.
  • Experience in managing website content and updating social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with IC processes and protocols.
  • Expertise in calendar management.
  • Capability to perform administrative functions in a fast-paced office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, or Lotus Notes.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • A Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant professional or military experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience interacting with government entities.
  • Skills in calendar maintenance, meeting support, travel coordination, and managing administrative tasks related to training, conferences, or seminars.
  • Experience in tracking employee leave and travel, along with drafting and proofreading correspondence.
  • Background in basic office management and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Experience in developing or coordinating outreach materials.
  • Familiarity with website content management and social media updates.
  • Knowledge of IC domains.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Compensation Structure:

At Booz Allen, we recognize your contributions and provide various benefits, including health, life, disability, financial, and retirement plans, as well as paid leave and professional development opportunities. Our compensation is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually.
