About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our Seller Education team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality educational content to support our sellers' growth on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive educational content strategy that meets the needs of our sellers.
  • Design and develop learning plans that include content in various formats for different channels.
  • Conduct research to identify seller pain points and develop content solutions to address these needs.
  • Work with our writing team to peer review educational content and ensure it meets our quality standards.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on education or training.
  • 3+ years of experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
