About the Role

Fintechnews is on the lookout for a seasoned Partner Growth Strategist to spearhead and enhance our indirect sales initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving revenue expansion through collaborative selling efforts with designated partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned partners, ensuring they are effectively enabled, motivated, and meeting shared sales objectives.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Fintechnews and assist partner sales representatives in their presentations.
  • Oversee the forecasting and evaluation of channel sales pipeline performance, analyze patterns, and provide insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Identify avenues for improving channel performance and collaborate across functions to implement partner programs, marketing support, training, and certification initiatives.
  • Work alongside product management, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to create channel offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience in business development, channel sales, partner management, or alliances.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) software or Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • A proven history of surpassing growth-oriented performance metrics.
  • Strong project management capabilities and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the fintech or payments sector.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, particularly at the executive tier.
  • Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating ambiguous and undefined situations.
