As a Sales Associate, you will partner with store management to drive sales by delivering outstanding customer service and providing persistent attention to detail in assisting and selling goods to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and Welcome Customers: Greet and welcome customers as they enter with genuine enthusiasm and create a positive first impression.
- Assist Customers: Ask open-ended questions to customers to determine what they're looking for and offer additional products that support or relate to the customers' needs.
- Process Transactions: Process register transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Visual Integrity: Maintain visual integrity by regular cleaning and assisting with general housekeeping duties such as folding, dusting, straightening, sweeping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, recycling, keeping stockroom clean daily, restocking supplies, etc.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Competitive Pay: Competitive pay range of $15.69-$17.50 per hour.
