Job Description

TriMech Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive to join our team. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Account Management: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Planning and Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, track key performance indicators, and provide regular business updates to management.
  • Product Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date on the latest product offerings, features, and benefits, and provide training and support to customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software sales or technology solution sales, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Education: University or college degree preferred, but experience and results achievement considered equal.
  • Skills: Demonstrable professional sales skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, effective time management and organizational abilities, and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Personal Qualities: Innovative and 'make it happen' attitude, capable of appreciating and meeting aggressive sales goals, and exceptional ability to function in a team environment.
