About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Sales Executive to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our homecare services to physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare providers within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote our homecare services.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings to educate healthcare providers about our services and address their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services and revenue.
  • Collaborate with our care teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing roles within the healthcare industry.
