As a Home Health Sales Executive at CenterWell Home Health, you will play a vital role in promoting our comprehensive home care services to patients managing chronic conditions or recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and discharge planners, to educate them about our services and encourage referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase referrals and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals about our services.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory and attend sales meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
