Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Home Health Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our homecare services to healthcare professionals and organizations within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to promote our homecare services.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare business plans and maintain target lists to prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
- Gather and organize account-related information to provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions, and proposal or contract pricing.
- Excellent selling, organization, and problem-solving skills to effectively represent our company's service capabilities to the targeted referral source audience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings.
- Previous healthcare sales experience in skilled nursing facilities, DME, orthopedic, cardiovascular, infusion, imaging, or laboratory settings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health-related science (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, etc.).
