A Day in the Life
- Operate a full-service establishment with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.
- Cook, butcher, and prepare desserts, banquets, and à la carte dishes.
- Manage food inventory, ordering, and costing.
- Prioritize and organize multiple tasks in the moment.
- Inspire teamwork and role-model behavior.
- Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Create SOPs and training to support team development.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Chef or Sous Chef in a 4-star hotel or resort.
- Union management experience is preferred.

- A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus bonus potential up to 10%.
