A Day in the Life

  • Operate a full-service establishment with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.
  • Cook, butcher, and prepare desserts, banquets, and à la carte dishes.
  • Manage food inventory, ordering, and costing.
  • Prioritize and organize multiple tasks in the moment.
  • Inspire teamwork and role-model behavior.
  • Strive to provide exceptional guest experiences.
  • Create SOPs and training to support team development.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Banquet Chef or Sous Chef in a 4-star hotel or resort.
  • Union management experience is preferred.
