Job Title: Office Manager

Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage administrative tasks for our cyber defense client in the Denver, CO area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

* Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment
* Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
* Experience with basic accounting and financial tasks is a plus
* High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
