Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to support our executive team in Englewood, Colorado. This role is pivotal in a dynamic environment, contributing to the transformation of television.
- Utilize the Google Suite to coordinate and schedule meetings, manage intricate travel arrangements, and prepare essential documents such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate gatherings.
- Maintain long-term planners and vacation schedules for HR leadership while compiling and submitting expense reports.
- Organize events recognizing service milestones, team accomplishments, and social functions, as well as support special HR projects as needed.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with fellow Executive Assistants, Executives, VPs, and Directors.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information related to travel, expenses, and personnel matters.
- Research and analyze data to assist HR executives in understanding team dynamics and performance metrics.
- Create and format spreadsheets and visually appealing presentations to support the Executive Leadership team.
- Prepare agendas and presentation templates for various staff meetings, ensuring proper room setup and resources for participants.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents or in a similar role.
Skills:- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong confidentiality and document management skills.
- Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of excellence.
The compensation for this role ranges from $63,150 to $95,000 annually. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health perks, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, and various career development opportunities.
