Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Commercial Sales efforts in the US Financial Institutions market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence in the Large and Middle Market sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives, Marketing, Client Services, and Product, to develop and execute sales plans and initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients, identifying and addressing their business needs through Visa's solutions.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, driving the opportunity lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Large and Middle Market sectors, with expertise in sales strategies, account management, and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, with a focus on collaboration, teamwork, and results-driven execution.

What We Offer

Visa is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, life insurance, paid time off, and a wellness program. We also offer a competitive salary range of $172,200 to $312,300 per year, with potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
