Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Onward Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling subscription-based digital marketing services to end users for their own businesses.

Key Requirements:

  • Develop relationships with customers to drive ad revenue through a subscription model
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Educate customers on the value of the platform through virtual demonstrations
  • Partner with colleagues to drive revenue
  • Develop strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions
  • Meet certain KPIs to hit that will be relevant to your experience level and time on the job
  • Travel quarterly to see clients in person based on your region

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in-person college or university
  • At least 2 years of B2B selling experience
  • Proven track record of success hitting and/or exceeding KPIs
  • Experience selling virtually/by video meetings and doing demos
  • Ability to move to Virginia and do an on-site schedule M-F (with potential for hybrid schedule in the future)
  • Pass various checks, including background, driving, education, and drug checks

About the Role:

This is a full-time sales role with a salary range of $70,000 base and potential for commissions to earn up to $115,000 in the first year. Top performers can earn over $240,000, with no cap on commissions.
