Role Overview:

As a member of our business development team at Sikich, you will focus on assisting prospective clients in addressing challenges, overcoming obstacles, and achieving growth by identifying their requirements and providing customized solutions. Our professionals in this capacity possess extensive expertise in business solutions and excel in applying them to both mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.

  • Identify and analyze key markets and target clients for marketing and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to devise strategies for acquiring new clients and achieving revenue goals
  • Engage with senior executives and management to consult and promote services to potential clients
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of all Sikich services
  • Embrace a collaborative approach to the sales process
  • Understand clients' operations, evaluate their needs, and propose suitable solutions
  • Interact with potential clients through various channels and assist in proposal development
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and lead generation within the professional services sector
  • BA/BS in business or equivalent expertise in business solutions
  • Proven track record in lead sourcing, opportunity qualification, and deal closure
  • Results-oriented with a strong business development focus
  • Ability to acquire and apply industry knowledge effectively throughout the sales cycle
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a talent for identifying solutions
