The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Field Technician to provide technical support and maintenance for our clinics in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support for clinic operations, including printer, fax, VOIP, and EMR support
  • Manage and track IT service requests through our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with vendors to address technical service needs and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and systems documentation
  • Assist in the maintenance, testing, and implementation of disaster planning and recovery policies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of IT help desk experience
  • Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting administrative systems and networks
  • Preferred: experience with Azure AD, SharePoint, and Office 365 administration, CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications

Familiarity with modern technology/system solutions in the healthcare space, including Electronic Health Record Systems (EHRs), is a plus.
