Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Write and distribute correspondence, including emails and memos
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop and update office procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
