Administrative Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at RHA Health Services. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to our staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director and other staff members, including data entry, record management, and correspondence.
  • Assist with financial data and performance, including daily deposits, petty cash management, and credit card reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with department heads to establish and monitor systems for service user and employee information.
  • Participate in committees and unit meetings as needed, and receive ongoing training and skills enhancement through conferences, seminars, and relevant training.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including typing documents, faxes, and spreadsheets, and distributing incoming mail.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Two years of medical office experience.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
