Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team at IT Concepts. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our government customers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with computer systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve support processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
