As the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, you will be instrumental in driving growth, fostering robust client relationships, and leading a dynamic sales team.

Your role will be pivotal in formulating and executing sales initiatives, pinpointing new business prospects, and achieving revenue objectives.

This position necessitates a solid foundation in sales leadership, a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, and outstanding leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Formulation:
Design and implement impactful sales strategies to meet revenue targets and optimize market presence. Conduct thorough market analysis, assess industry trends, and identify avenues for expansion. Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overarching business goals.

Leadership and Team Development:
Inspire and guide a sales team to meet both individual and collective sales objectives. Provide mentorship, training, and support to enhance their sales techniques, product expertise, and client engagement skills. Establish performance benchmarks, track progress, and conduct regular performance assessments.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and sustain strong connections with key clients and stakeholders across various sectors, including government entities and educational institutions.

Comprehend their operational needs, challenges, and goals, including assisting in contract negotiations and delivering customized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Ensure swift resolution of client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and produce regular reports on sales achievements, market dynamics, and competitive activities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to the overall sales strategy formulation. Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint improvement areas and refine sales tactics.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure cohesive support for sales initiatives. Clearly communicate sales objectives, strategies, and performance updates to the senior management team. Promote a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales division.

Industry Insight and Expertise:
Stay informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory shifts in the cybersecurity domain. Continuously enhance your understanding of the company's offerings, services, and competitive landscape.

Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to the sales team on industry-specific sales methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of professional experience, with at least ten (10) years in a relevant field, including extensive people management experience.
Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within the cybersecurity sector
Demonstrated success in achieving sales objectives and driving revenue growth
Strong business acumen and understanding of the cybersecurity market dynamics
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results
Proficiency in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and participate in industry events.


This role involves directing and overseeing strategic initiatives within the organization, representing the company in interactions with clients and external stakeholders. A seasoned leader with extensive business experience, broad functional expertise, and significant product knowledge is essential.

The primary focus of this position is on proactive strategic leadership rather than day-to-day operational tasks, although it encompasses considerable operational responsibilities.

Decision-making in this role involves addressing complex challenges that require specialized knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of variables impacting the organization. You will develop comprehensive solutions that influence high-stakes decisions made at higher organizational levels. The solutions you create will often be unprecedented, necessitating thorough analysis and innovative approaches.
