Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships to bolster our sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to make a significant impact in the financial technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal contact and expert resource in the enterprise sales of Wealth Access solutions to commercial banking institutions.
- Engage in proactive prospecting and lead generation through various channels including phone, email, and digital outreach.
- Assess sales leads by understanding client needs and fostering a partnership-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with product, implementation, and client success teams to relay essential information regarding sales prospects.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through travel and strategic outreach, effectively navigating organizational structures to identify suitable opportunities.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with consultants and industry stakeholders.
- Report on pipeline status and potential business closures to company leadership.
- Represent Wealth Access at industry events and in front of prospective clients.
- Work collaboratively with fellow sales professionals to create a high-performing sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in FinTech sales with established connections within the banking sector.
- Demonstrated success in setting and achieving sales objectives.
- A proactive approach to prospecting with a willingness to travel.
- A client-focused and team-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability to execute in both structured and unstructured environments.
- Sales-driven with excellent customer service capabilities.
