Position: Employment Services Coordinator at Lao Family Community Development, Inc. (LFCD)

Role Summary: Under the guidance of the Program Coordinator, the Employment Services Coordinator will engage with employers in the healthcare sector, curate a range of job opportunities, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and deliver employment assistance to clients, among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge partnerships with local businesses to generate employment opportunities.
  • Manage job listings, conduct informational sessions, and advocate for LFCD's employment services.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and labor market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with team members to monitor job placements and their outcomes.
  • Organize training sessions, job fairs, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Support compliance with accreditation standards and contribute to the agency's strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and public speaking abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively with diverse communities and comprehend relevant regulations and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to travel as necessary.
