Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team at StructSure Projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with the Corp of Engineers and 10 years industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Review and approve shop drawings and submittals to ensure conformance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate and document testing and commissioning of building systems.
  • Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with approved submittals.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and internal staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working with the Corp of Engineers.
  • 10 years industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
