Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors and construction workers on site to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Project Scheduling: Assist in producing project schedules and ensure that all stakeholders are aware of project timelines.
  • Attendance and Allocation: Monitor attendance of crews on-site and allocate general and daily responsibilities to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Site Orientation and Safety: Perform site orientations and participate in safety training programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Materials and Equipment Management: Supervise materials delivery and the use of all machinery on-site to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Coordinate all inspections and report progress to managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve problems that arise during project execution and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with construction management software and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership qualities, communication proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualifications: Residential experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a salary of $35.00 per hour.
