Job Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Des Moines office. This part-time role involves providing routine office support to internal technical teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to contribute and work well on a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with front desk tasks, including answering and directing phone calls and mail preparation.
  • Collect, review, and update data to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Communicate and meet deadlines for timely completion of administrative tasks.
Qualifications
  • Individuals currently attending college and looking for a part-time role are encouraged to apply.
  • 0-3 years' experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
