Community Corrections Program Coordinator Specialist

Seeking a highly motivated and skilled Community Corrections Program Coordinator to develop, implement, coordinate, and oversee cognitive interventions and treatment programs in our district.
The ideal candidate will function as a treatment/evidence-based practices expert for the Department, collaborating with committees and work groups based on expertise of different programming areas to plan and implement initiatives and projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the community, working closely with justice-involved individuals and their support systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, coordinates, and oversees cognitive interventions and treatment programs
- Functions as a treatment/evidence-based practices expert for the Department
- Collaborates with committees and work groups to plan and implement initiatives and projects
- Communicates and problem solves with justice-involved individuals and their support systems
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in any field
- Experience equal to two years of full-time work in a human services or criminal justice field
- Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes 18 months of full-time work as a Probation/Parole Officer II or 30 months as a Community Corrections Program Manager in a district or a similar position in another jurisdiction or agency
