Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the City of Des Moines, IA.

This role involves coordinating and organizing executive level schedules, board and commission meetings, and events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general office operations and possess excellent communication skills.

This is a regular full-time position with a salary range of $29.10 - $36.82 hourly.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and pass a post-employment offer physical examination and drug screen. They must also be able to pass a background check.
