About the Job
This part-time $14-$18 per hour position (16-18 hours a week) is available from 2:00 – 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Fridays. As a key member of our Des Moines office team, you will provide routine office support, responding to inquiries, organizing information, and meeting deadlines for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Assist with front desk tasks, including phone calls and mail preparation
- Collect, review, and update data for accurate record keeping
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Communicate effectively and meet deadlines for administrative tasks

Requirements
- Individuals currently attending college and looking for a part-time role are encouraged to apply
- 0-3 years' experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven
