The Team:

Join our Investor Relations division, specializing in Surveillance and Targeting services. Our global team operates from various locations, ensuring a diverse and collaborative environment.

The Surveillance and Targeting sector is organized into ten specialized teams covering North America, alongside two regional teams in APAC and EMEA. Each team is led by experienced Directors, fostering a culture of teamwork and success. We offer a flexible work-from-home policy, with many analysts thriving in a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Investor Relations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the growth of a premier Investor Relations surveillance services provider, directly impacting our corporate clients.

We seek a proactive and team-oriented Analyst to:
  • Assist clients by providing insights into their institutional investors and the factors influencing equity market trading.
  • Deliver targeting intelligence on institutional investors to support client outreach initiatives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with investor relations and executive teams of publicly traded companies.
  • Monitor public equity markets and inform clients about significant events affecting stocks, sectors, and the economy.
  • Identify key institutional buyers and sellers of client stocks, offering valuable insights and context.
  • Engage with buy-side institutional portfolio managers and trading desks to understand investment strategies.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our service offerings for clients.
Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $48,508.00 to $82,000. Actual salary will depend on geographic location, experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • 0-5 years of experience in finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A collaborative mindset suited for a dynamic team environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and adapt to new information in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated interest in capital markets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable in client-facing roles.
  • Resourceful and inquisitive.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with S&P Cap IQ Pro.
  • Undergraduate degree in finance or a quantitative discipline, with a focus on data analytics.
