Position Summary: We are currently seeking an Equities Trade Support Analyst to join our client, a prominent investment banking institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration across various departments, including Technology, Product Control, Business Management, Market Risk, and Settlements to execute process, system, and product modifications.
- Engage with traders and counterparties to ensure precision in trade documentation.
- Assist in addressing or resolving any ad-hoc inquiries related to trade booking, profit and loss, or risk representation for traders.
- Collaborate with Traders, Finance, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting profit and loss.
- Accurately document trades when assistance is required.
- Investigate and rectify issues leading to discrepancies or failures within the supported business.
- Oversee various controls established to mitigate risks to the organization.
Required Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in equity swaps.
- This role encompasses multiple markets and products, including OTC equity derivatives, cash equities, and exchange-traded derivatives, with a focus on supporting the Equity Swap business.
