Our investment approaches encompass:
- Primary Fund Investments: Engaging in private equity funds across diverse asset classes and regions.
- Equity Co-Investments: Direct investments in private enterprises alongside top-tier private equity sponsors.
- Secondaries: Acquiring interests in established private equity funds and executing GP-led secondary transactions.
- Private Credit & Capital Solutions: Investing in junior and senior private debt instruments, focusing on profitable private equity-owned firms.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of private investment strategies, serving as a product specialist for the sales team.
- Oversee investment planning and portfolio construction for customized investment programs, including material preparation and client meeting coordination.
- Collaborate with investment team members and other departments to prepare responses to inquiries and deliver monitoring reports.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of Japanese is advantageous.
The salary range for this position is competitive, reflecting the expertise and qualifications of the candidate. Additional compensation may be provided based on performance and other factors.
