We are seeking an Industrial Sales Technologist to join our team at Tractian Technologies Inc. As a critical member of our sales organization, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen to understand client needs in asset tracking and maintenance.

Your Role

As an Industrial Sales Technologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with potential clients to understand their asset monitoring and maintenance requirements, positioning our advanced tracking and monitoring solutions as leading options.
  • Conducting detailed product demonstrations, highlighting the technical advantages and ROI of our solutions.
  • Utilizing HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track client interactions, and report on sales progress.
  • Collaborating with our technical team to tailor solutions to client-specific needs.
  • Providing technical consultations and responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape in asset tracking and maintenance technology.
  • Gathering client feedback for continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in asset monitoring, IoT, or related technology sectors.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex technological solutions.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for sales management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to travel as needed to meet clients and close sales.

Bonus Points

Experience with asset monitoring and maintenance technologies, advanced technical or sales certifications, and fluency in English are all highly valued.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off (PTO), 401(k) retirement plan, language learning opportunities, birthday time off, gympass membership, sports incentive, and long-term benefit after four years of service.
