About the Role

This key position will be responsible for selling industrial valves to customers in the region, utilizing strong technical knowledge and sales skills to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, features, and benefits, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in valve sales or a related field, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Advanced technical knowledge of industrial valves and related products, including understanding of product offerings, business, and industries served.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and paid expenses. Additionally, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
