Sales Excellence at Tractian

The Sales team is instrumental in driving revenue growth at Tractian. We focus on generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building strong relationships with existing accounts. Enterprise clients include Fortune 500 companies like Hyundai, Bosch, Kraft-Heinz, John Deere, PepsiCo, and others.

Your Role as a Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer for TracOS, you'll play a key role in driving sales and adoption across various industries. Leverage your technical expertise to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of TracOS to potential clients. Manage the sales cycle using HubSpot CRM, ensuring alignment with company growth targets and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and tailor presentations to showcase TracOS benefits.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM for effective pipeline management, tracking sales activities, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to understand product updates and integrations, enhancing sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, understanding their challenges and how TracOS addresses them.
  • Provide expert responses to technical queries and concerns during the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the product team to relay feedback and contribute to product development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales engineering, preferably with software or IT solutions.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics and effective communication of complex technical concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for sales process management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and product demonstrations.
Compensation Package
  • Competitive Annual Salary: $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
