Job Overview

This Territory Sales Manager role is designed to drive sales growth and expand our market presence within the industrial market vertical within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales at either distribution or manufacturing required.
  • Experience in sales growth, territory management, and customer relationship management preferred.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $71,000 - $97,000 per year.
  • 30% quarterly bonus.
  • Remote / WFH with travel opportunities.
