Job Overview

iTrust Human Capital Management is seeking skilled Help Desk Technical Assistants to join our IT support team. As a Help Desk Technical Assistant, you will provide technical assistance across three tiers of support, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues and maintaining high levels of user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Managing and maintaining desktop and laptop configurations
  • Assisting with software installations and updates
  • Performing basic server and network troubleshooting
Tier I Qualifications

A minimum of 0-2 years of IT support experience and an Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)

Tier II Qualifications

A minimum of 2-5 years of IT support experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Tier III Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of IT support experience and a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
