Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tier I Help Desk Support Technician to join our team at Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC. This full-time position will support a government agency based in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-tier technical support and resolve issues with various devices and software applications.
- Handle user support tickets via phone, email, or IT support ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with government policies, procedures, and timelines for ticket escalation and resolution.
- Assist end-users, troubleshoot issues, and document customer interactions.
- Resolve issues using the knowledge base and escalate tickets to appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Provide follow-up support for open, outstanding requests and strive for timely resolutions.
- Contribute to maintaining Desktop Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training manuals.
- High School Diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Security clearance/investigation of Tier 1/National Agency Check w/Inquiries (NACI)
- Industry certifications such as HDI, CompTIA A, or MCSA: Windows 10
- Knowledge of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications and networking
- Experience working in help desk ticketing platforms and ITSM tools
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
