About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our team in Washington DC. As a Technical Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the Help Desk operations, providing crucial support to our clients, and ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT help desk support, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role. You will have hands-on experience with MDM tools, ticketing systems, and cloud-based services such as Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this role.

A competitive salary of $65,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, is offered for this position. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
