The ideal candidate will possess a robust history of overseeing all facets of HR operations, encompassing talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Mentor and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance and professional advancement.
- Act as a strategic consultant to senior management on all personnel-related issues.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Supervise the recruitment process to attract and retain exceptional talent.
- Design and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
- Oversee performance management systems, including objective setting, evaluations, and career development facilitation.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee relations matters, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to maintain market competitiveness.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage and mitigate HR-related risks through proactive measures and initiatives.
Learning and Development:
- Identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Create and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in HR.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is advantageous.
